We produce and distribute the high-tech material silica aerogel granulate for various construction applications. We are the exclusive distributors of the CERABRAN® AEROPUTZ high-performance insulating plaster system, suitable for interior and exterior insulation in existing buildings, new buildings and listed buildings.
Aerogels are the lightweight among high-tech materials. They are among the lightest materials that can be technically produced. They are highly porous solids with an extremely low density. With a thermal conductivity of approx. 0.015Wm*K, they insulate more than twice as well as the standard insulating material EPS. Aerogel granules are suitable wherever thermal insulation, weight reduction (lightweight construction) and fire protection are required; e.g. insulating plaster, lightweight concrete, insulating foams. The material can be used worldwide and protects against heat and cold. As a filler, aerogel granulate is an ideal solution even in difficult areas.
To optimize building materials, aerogel granules are used in insulating plasters, insulating boards, insulating mats, mineral foams, infra-lightweight concrete, blown-in insulation and paints. We have been successfully using aerogel granules in our CERABRAN AEROPUTZ high-performance insulating plaster for more than 10 years.
CERABRAN AEROPUTZ with aerogel technology is purely mineral, non-combustible, free from biocides and chemical additives, reversible and fully recyclable. The minimum thermal insulation is achieved with very thin layers. It is suitable for exterior and interior insulation in existing buildings, new buildings and listed buildings. Old plaster can remain on the façade; the appearance of the building is retained.
